Upgrades We believe that Software is a service, not a product. Else it becomes obsolete from the day it was last updated/upgraded We have therefore designed a procedure, which can be easily and frequently upgraded. School2000 can be upgraded over the Internet, this avoiding travel/delays/cost Upgrades take only a few minutes and can be scheduled at midnight If schools do not allow Internet access, we can post the latest upgrades by CD. We do not recommend that as we won't be able to fix any problem without a site visit
