Behaviour2010
- This module
is an option and can be installed/included into School2010 at
any time.
- Staff,
Subject-Teaches and Class-Teachers (Advisors in Phils) can enter Behaviour
notes for any student at any time.
- Behaviour
can be associated with a particular subject. It can also be entered
as a general behaviour note.
- Behaviour
notes can be entered on computers. It can also be entered from Telephones/Cell
Phones if Telephone interface is installed.
- Behaviour
for a group of students can be entered in one session, instead of one
student at a time.
- The presence
of Behaviour entries are indicated in the Attendance screen. When teachers
open the Attendance screen they see a Green flag when there are Good
Behavior notes and a Red flag when there are Bad Behaviour notes. So
all teachers who teach a particular student can see the Behaviour Notes
of that student. Teaches are always in the picture.
- Weightage/Points
(Such as +2, +1, 0, -1, -2 etc.) can be associated with each Good Behaviour
type (Merit) and with each Bad Behaviour type (Concerns).
- Cash Incentives/Compensation
and Fines can be entered or previously assigned for each Behaviour type.
- Fines
can be entered or previously assigned for Bad Behaviour type.
- Detention
- Detention
is considered part of the Behaviour Module.
- When
students are assigned detention it is managed by School2010.
- All
detention entries are managed and students cannot complete multiple
Detention in one sitting, even if it were initiated by different
teachers/staff.
- Parents
are automatically alerted by Email and/or Text, when Behaviour Notes
and Detention are entered.
